Many of you are asking the same questions, and I wanted to create a place for you to go if you have basic questions about the event which you may share with others, so here is our "Frequently Asked Question" section.

Q: If my company sponsors a game, do I have to provide attendants?
A: No, our volunteers are taking care of the games. What we need from you is your logo and company name for our website, the radio, and the game booth you are sponsoring.

Q: I have a small business and would like to be a part of the event. How do I do that?
A: We have a sponsorship option for "vendors". If you have a company, and you would like to be a part of the event by displaying or selling your goods, there is a $115 dollar fee. This will allow you to set up from 11 to 5 and display, demonstrate, or sell your product. If you are interested, please contact the director at madison@healthyheartclub.org.

Q: I saw there will be live music at the event. Will there be live music at A Fair to Remember and the Hoe-Down of Splendor?
A: Yes, there will be live music at both, but only the Hoe-Down of splendor will feature an exclusive concert from Brian Littrell! (Tickets are available in the store)

Q: How much are tickets to the events?
A: A Fair to Remember: $8 for adults, $5 for kids
Hoe-Down of Splendor: $62
2nd Annual Golf Tournament: $1000 p/foursome, $275 p/ player

Q: What are the dates and times of the events?
A: A Fair to Remember will begin on October 9, at 11 am, and will last until 5pm. Our Hoe- Down of Splendor will begin at 7pm that night. The Golf Tournament is a 9 am arrival time, and 11 am shotgun start. There will be a golfer lunch provided afterward.

Q: Where are the locations of all the events?
A: A Fair to Remember and our Hoe-Down of Splendor will take place at Wills Park in Alpharetta, GA. Our Wylee Party will be held at Just 4 Giggles, in Alpharetta, GA. Our golf tournament will take place at White Columns Country Club, in Alpharetta, GA.

Q: What does one wear to a hoe - down or fair?
A: At the old southern style fair, we want you to be comfortable and family appropriate. The fair will be covered so you will be in shade all day, and it does cool down in October, although it isn't cold in the day. Jeans and a t-shirt are fine.
At the hoe - down, it will be a bit dressier, but still comfortable, after all you may be dancing! For example, ladies might wear a sun dress, while gentlemen might wear a button down and some khakis. Some of you have asked about "cowboy" attire, and yes, it is entirely appropriate if you want to wear some boots or a hat (very cute). October nights in Georgia vary, but may be chilly.

Q: Where do I buy game tickets?
A: Game tickets will be available at our ticket booth at the fair. Yes, we will accept credit cards.

Q: I'm from out of town, where should I stay?
A: There are a variety of hotels in the Alpharetta area, but we are recommending the Hilton Homewood Suites. They are holding rooms for us at a special group rate with the mention of "Healthy Heart Club". They are also running a shuttle to and from the events.
